The MH-5000 Gantry Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) Machine is a specialized, heavy-duty equipment designed for the automatic welding of H-beams and T-beams. As a critical component in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and structural steel production lines, this machine delivers deep penetration, high-quality fillet welds in the flat (boat) position.

Engineered for continuous industrial use, it is highly suitable for large-scale infrastructure, agricultural greenhouse framing, and industrial plant fabrication projects across diverse environments, from tropical to arid climates.

• Stable Dual-Drive VFD System: The gantry is driven by a dual-side cycloid pinwheel reducer and powered by an advanced AC Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). This ensures exceptionally stable travel speeds with a digital display for real-time monitoring and precise control.
• Intelligent Arc Tracking System: Equipped with a 2-axis mechanical floating arc tracking mechanism. It automatically guides the welding torches to perfectly align with the welding seam, preventing deviations and ensuring flawless weld quality.
• Optimized Power Source Placement: Unlike traditional models, the SAW power sources are mounted directly on the moving gantry. This drastically shortens the control and welding cables, resulting in faster response times, minimal voltage drop, and highly stable welding currents.
• Automatic Flux Recovery: Features two independent 50Kg flux recovery machines that automatically recycle welding powder during operation, reducing material waste and keeping the workshop clean.
• Independent Control Operation: The gantry movement and welding process are controlled separately through an intuitive interface, making operation straightforward and highly reliable.
