The HBC Series Single Base Positioner is a foundational piece of automation equipment designed for heavy industrial fabrication yards, structural steel plants, and pipe manufacturing facilities. Engineered to handle extreme payloads, our positioner manufacturing capability ranges from 150kg to a massive 200-ton capacity. This equipment allows operators to safely and precisely rotate and tilt massive steel components, ensuring every weld is executed in the optimal flat or horizontal position. • Indestructible Worktable Design: The work table surface is made of finished casting, ensuring it is not easily damaged by welding spatter during continuous, high-heat operations. Uniform positioning lines are engraved directly on the surface to assist operators with fast alignment. Additionally, T-shaped channels are available across the table, which can facilitate the installation of various fixing and clamping units.
• Precision Stepless Speed Control: Stepless speed adjustment is available for the work table rotation, allowing welders to match the exact rotational speed to their specific deposition rate requirements.
• Heavy-Duty Tilting Mechanism: The tilting of the work table adopts a highly durable gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed tilting within a 120° range. This advanced mechanical design operates with a large tilting torque, providing self-locking capabilities and highly reliable positioning even under eccentric loads.
• Dual-Drive Safety & Stability: Both the tilting and rotation functions use a dual-drive mode, which explicitly features a small transmission gap and results in a much safer system overall. Furthermore, the tilting drive adopts a motor with a brake, forming a brake double insurance system to absolutely ensure the accuracy and security of the stop.
• Advanced Slewing System: The rotating drive system consists of an AC variable frequency brake motor, a reducer, and a drive pinion. In operation, the AC variable motor delivers driving power to the small pinion through the reducer, which is utilized to bring the worktable's rotation through a heavy-duty slewing bearing.
• Seamless Automation Integration: Remote control of the manual control box is adapted, making it convenient and flexible in daily operation. For fully automated setups, linkage interfaces are reserved in the electrical box, which can realize the connection and linkage operation mechanisms with your existing welding machines.
• Simplified Shop-Floor Installation: All positioners can be placed directly on the ground, drastically reducing installation time and eliminating the need for expensive foundation engineering. The electrical components are protected with an insulation class of IP45, shielding the system from harsh factory dust and moisture.

Standard Remote Control Station: The equipment comes standard with an intuitive industrial remote control unit. The remote has a rotary speed adjustment display, rotary speed adjustment controls, rotation or turning control switches, system start buttons, emergency stops, and other essential functions.

Workpiece Clamping Options: To ensure your heavy components are secured safely before tilting, our positioner can be equipped with various models of three-jaw chucks, four-jaw chucks, and mounting flanges. These robust accessories are used specifically for fixing the workpiece to the casting table.
